After Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri to star in Anurag Basu’s love story? Here’s what we know

Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri are reuniting for director Anurag Basu’s upcoming film. It is an epic musical love story, set to begin production in Mumbai from September 24. The film, which is yet to receive a title, is a Bhushan Kumar production.

According to sources close to the project, Kartik Aaryan is all thrilled to be working on a love story with Anurag Basu. The actor has already undergone script reading sessions. And he is ready to take on the role of a romantic lead. Triptii Dimri recently starred in the comedy film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aaryan. Triptii Dimri is looking forward to exploring the romantic genre again.

About the film

The film’s music will be composed by Pritam. The Producer Bhushan Kumar is confident that the soundtrack will be a chartbuster. As per sources, Bhushan Kumar believes in creating music that stands the test of time. Kumar is aware of the importance of music in a love story. He is looking forward to creating some timeless songs for the film.

This Anurag Basu directorial will be shot at various locations. The film will be shot across India from September to February. And, it will be released by the end of 2025. Currently,Kartik Aaryan is shooting for two songs for his Diwali 2024 release, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Also, he will be shooting for the Pati Patni Aur Woh sequel with director Mudassar Aziz.

Anurag Basu is best known for films that revolved around bold themes of passion, and romance. He achieved his breakthrough with the erotic thriller, Murder (2004) and gained prominence with the musical romantic thriller, Gangster: A Love Story (2006) and the ensemble urban drama, Life in a… Metro (2007), the film earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Screenplay.
