Sunny Deol expressed his frustration and scolded the paps outside Dharmendra’s Mumbai residence, telling them “sharam aani chahiye” (you should be ashamed). The veteran actor, who is currently recovering at home after being discharged from hospital, was seen losing his temper on Tuesday morning.
Sunny Deol Lashes Out At Paps For Invading Privacy Amid Dharmendra’s Recovery
The Border 2 actor has been staying close to his father, Dharmendra, during his recovery following a recent critical health scare. As paps gathered outside their home, Sunny Deol stepped out visibly upset by the constant intrusion. He folded his hands and addressed the paparazzi, saying, “Aap logon ko sharam aani chahiye, aapke ghar mein ma-baap hai. Aapke bachche hain, sharam nahi aati?” (You should be ashamed, you have parents at home. You have children, don’t you feel shame?).
His outburst seemed to stem from the relentless noise and disturbance during a sensitive time when Dharmendra needs peace and rest. Usually polite with the media, Sunny appeared visibly emotional and angry as he tried to make the photographers understand the situation.
Dharmendra’s Health Update
Sunny has been by Dharmendra’s side throughout his hospital stay and continues to care for him as he recuperates. The 89-year-old actor, who was hospitalized last month for a routine check-up, remains under medical observation at home. His daughter, Esha Deol, reassured fans that her father is stable and recovering, dismissing false reports about his health. She requested privacy for their family during this time.
Sources close to the Deol family shared that Dharmendra’s hospitalisation was routine, and he is currently under ongoing observation. The family has asked fans for their prayers as he continues to recover.
