‘Dil Ki Purani Sadak’ Song: Sanjay Dutt gets nostalgic as he misses Pooja Bhatt in this melancholic song

The makers of ‘Sadak 2’ have dropped the video song, ‘Dil Ki Purani Sadak’, from the upcoming film. The song features Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt.

The song takes us back to the 1991 film ‘Sadak’ as Sanjay Dutt’s character remembers about Pooja Bhatt and they express their feelings for each other. It also shows Sanjay going into a trauma losing his love, Pooja. In ‘Sadak 2’, Sanjay Dutt grows old and in the song, he becomes very emotional looking at the portrait of Pooja. The song has been crooned by KK.

‘Sadak 2’ also stars Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles. The movie also stars Makarand Deshpande. Jisshu Sengupta, Priyanka Bose, Mohan Kapur and Akshay Anand in pivotal roles. It has been directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Mukesh Bhatt.

A couple of days back, the full album of ‘Sadak 2’ was released. The music is composed by Jeet Gannguli, Ankit Tiwari, Samidh Mukherjee, Urvi and Suniljeet. It will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from August 28, 2020.
