Amid his film success, John Abraham is also capitalising on lucrative real estate deals. He has leased out three high-end apartments within the same building in Bandra West. According to Square Yards, these properties were rented in May 2025. It was for a combined starting monthly rent of Rs 6.30 lakh. These apartments are situated in the Sea Glimpse Co-Operative Housing Society.

The rental agreement included a stamp duty of Rs 1,12,600 and registration charges of Rs 1,000. Also has a hefty security deposit of Rs 36 lakh. The lease is set for a tenure of 60 months (five years). The rental terms specify that the total monthly rent will start at Rs 6.30 lakh in the first year, increasing to Rs 8 lakh by the final year. The agreement includes an annual rent escalation of approximately 8% for the first two years and around 5% for the remaining years. Over the entire lease period, the total estimated rental income amounts to about Rs 4.3 crore.
