Kriti Sanon, Family Sell Four Apartments In Mumbai; Mukesh Chhabra Purchases Properties For Nearly Rs 9 Cr

Kriti Sanon and her family have made a major real estate move in Mumbai. The actress, along with her mother Geeta Sanon and sister Nupur Sanon, recently sold four apartments in Andheri West for a combined value of Rs 8.9 crore. According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, filmmaker and casting director Mukesh Chhabra purchased all four units.

The properties are located in Raheja Classique, a residential complex in Mumbai’s Andheri West area. The transactions were registered on April 24, 2026, through four separate deals.

As per the documents, two larger apartments sold for Rs 3.23 crore each. These units have a built-up area of 654.23 sq ft and come with one parking space each. Both transactions attracted stamp duty charges of Rs 19.41 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000 each.

Meanwhile, the remaining two smaller apartments sold for Rs 1.21 crore each. These units measure 246.06 sq ft in built-up area. Each transaction incurred stamp duty of Rs 7.29 lakh along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.

According to Square Yards, Geeta Sanon had originally purchased the two larger apartments in July 2013 for a combined Rs 1.40 crore. Later, in June 2017, Kriti Sanon and Nupur Sanon bought the remaining two apartments for a combined Rs 2.90 crore. Altogether, the family invested around Rs 4.31 crore in the properties.

With the latest sale amount touching Rs 8.9 crore, the Sanon family reportedly earned an appreciation of nearly Rs 4.6 crore. This translates to an estimated capital gain of around 107 per cent over a holding period ranging between nine and 13 years.

Last year, reports revealed that Kriti Sanon purchased a luxury duplex apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area in Bandra. Reports at the time claimed the property was valued at nearly Rs 84 crore and offered a sea-facing view.

On the work front, Kriti Sanon is gearing up for the release of Cocktail 2, co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is slated to release on 19 June.
