Apoorva has reportedly acquired the rights to India’s Most Fearless 3, a novel by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh that chronicles acts of valour by Indian soldiers, including a powerful chapter on the Galwan Valley confrontation, as per Bollywood Hungama.

A source also revealed that producer Jordy Patel introduced Salman to Lakhia, which led to their collaboration on this project. Salman was deeply moved by the Galwan Valley narrative and is seriously considering taking on the lead role. If finalized, filming is expected to commence in the second half of 2025.

This film is just one of several on Salman Khan’s horizon. Industry insiders note that the actor is being approached with numerous strong scripts. Director Ali Abbas Zafar, who previously delivered blockbusters like Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Bharat with Salman, is reportedly preparing another mass entertainer for him. Additionally, Bajrangi Bhaijaan director Kabir Khan and family-drama specialist Sooraj Barjatya are also in talks with the star for upcoming projects.

Salman’s most recent release, Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss, featured him as Sanjay “Sikandar” Rajkot, a principled and action-driven character. Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal, the film received a mixed critical reception. Nonetheless, Salman’s potential role in a film honouring the courage of Indian soldiers signals a promising and emotionally resonant direction in his career.
