YRF Spy Universe gets bigger, Alia Bhatt to lead a female spy film – deets inside

Alia Bhatt is surely on a roll with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’s release in the month end. The actress has definitely kept up her promise of entertaining all. The YRF spy-universe is loved among the audience as it has top Bollywood actors including Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan who have delivered blockbuster spy action films. Reported by Pinkvilla, the YRF spy universe is set to expand with a female-led spy in the big-budget action packed film. Ladies and gentlemen, the female spy to be added in the spy universe is none other than our very own Alia Bhatt. No, you did not read that wrong. Alia Bhatt will be the first female lead in YRF spy universe. With the actress exploring herself in many avatars, she will be getting at the edge as a spy in the universe. As the film stands untitled yet, the actress will be seen in a unique avatar in the same. Well, this is a huge news for Alia fans! Wait, there’s more!

Film-maker Aditya Chopra plans on starting a spy franchise which stands centered around Rani aka Alia Bhatt’s character. Given that, the film is currently at the pre-production stage and will hit the floors next year. The film will be the 8th on the list of YRF’s spy universe films.

This Diwali is going to be all about Tiger 3 starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif the lead roles. On the other hand, there is War 2 in the pipeline starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR and Kiara Advani. Next year will see the biggest collab between the Khans aka Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in Tiger vs Pathaan. With these gems, the YRF spy universe has all plans set to swoop the audience off floors.
