Not 'Aladin', Jacqueline Fernandez was going to make her Bollywood debut with this Salman Khan film

Jacqueline Fernandez and Salman Khan are all geared up for the release of their much-awaited film ‘Race 3’. The duo recently featured on the cover of Hello magazine’s Friendship Special edition of June 2018 issue.

Jacqueline made her Bollywood debut with Riteish Deshmukh’s ‘Aladin’ but very few know that it was not originally supposed to be her first film.

While interacting with the media, Salman Khan was asked about his equation with Jacqueline, he said, “Jacqueline hasn’t changed at all. She is still the same. I have known her from the time she came from Sri Lanka. She was initially supposed to do ‘London Dreams’ but since it was taking a lot of time she made her debut with ‘Aladin’.”

The female lead’s role was later played by Asin Thottumkal. The film also featured Ajay Devgn and Om Puri along with Salman. (Also Read: Anil Kapoor keeps getting stylish with every ‘Race’ franchise)

Recently, Jacqueline revealed how petrified she used to be in front of Salman Khan during her earlier days and how their equation has changed with time.

“There is an energy around him that might just make you feel intimidated when you meet Salman first time. I do not think he means to be like that but his aura is very strong… even after years, as a friend and co-star, when I am with him on set, I still get very very nervous, conscious… God knows what. I forget my dialogues at times. We all are more relaxed when we are just chatting and chilling…However, in the beginning, I used to be conscious even off sets. I think with time, that has gone. Once you know him, you realize he is really a nice man with big heart,” she said.
