Sam Bahadur box office: Despite Dunki, Salaar, and Animal juggernaut, Vicky Kaushal starrer remains super strong, earns over Rs 84 crores

Vicky Kaushal has been on a roll this year with releases like Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, The Great Indian Family, and Sam Bahadur. His portrayal of field Marshal Sam Manekshaw won hearts. The actor is garnering rave response for his acting skills. It’s been over 3 weeks since the movie was released and continues to remain first choice of cinegoers. The box office collection of 24^th Day of Sam Bahadur is out and it has earned around Rs 2.7 crores over the festive weekend.

Sam Bahadur earned Rs 2.7 crores over the weekend summing up its total collection to Rs 84.9 crores domestically. This means, it has maintained a stronghold despite new releases alongside Animal, Dunki, and Salaar. Talking about worldwide gross, the movie has entered the 100 crore club.

About Sam Bahadur

The Meghna Gulzar directed biographical drama also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in pivotal roles. It revolved around the life of army officer Sam Manekshaw whose valour was acknowledged during the 1971 Indo-Pak war and was the first Indian who rose to the rank of Field Marshal. In the movie, Fatima essays the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi while Sanya plays Manekshaw’s wife. It was released in theatres on 1st December.
