Scroll on to know what the actress had to share.

Smita Bansal Weighs In On Shilpa Shinde’s False Accusations Controversy

Reacting to the controversy, Smita Bansal clarified that she would not directly comment on the people involved. However, she stressed that most disputes can be resolved through conversations if both sides genuinely want to find a solution. She said, “Uspe toh I wouldn’t like to comment only, mujhe toh lagta hai koi bhi narazgi ya koi bhi dispute ya koi bhi problem aamne saamne baith ke solve nahi ki ja sakti, aisa nahi hota hai.”

She further reflected on her own experiences in the entertainment industry and explained that disagreements, payment issues and creative conflicts are not uncommon in long careers. Adding, “Agar aap dono milkar, do parties joh involved hain, woh solve karna chahti hain na problem ko, toh problem solve hogi hi. In so many years of my career, aisa paise bhi ruke hain, creative differences bhi hue hain, aise kirdaar bhi hue hain, promise kuch hua tha aur kuch hua. But I have always seen ki if you can convince saamne wala person ki why are you unhappy and what is making you unhappy.”

Smita also spoke about the importance of communication and understanding during conflicts. According to her, if people honestly express what is bothering them, solutions become easier to find. Saying, “Ki aap itna yeh step le rahe ho ki aap saamne wale se meeting maang rahe ho ya aap baithkar baat kar rahe ho, toh aap sach mein dukhi ho ya aapko sach mein koi cheez pareshaan kar rahi hai. Toh agar woh saamne wale ko aap samjha sakte ho, toh saamne wala koi bhi kyun chahega ki aapko jaanbujh ke torture kare? Mera maanna bahut simple hai ki agar aap chaho na toh solve ki ja sakti hain problems. Aur ya phir agar nahi hi ho rahi hai toh learn to deal with it and then just make sure ki you don’t make the same mistake again.”

At the same time, the actress said she does not believe in publicly attacking or maligning one another during disputes. “Of course, but to publicly malign each other is something which I don’t think is needed. Kaun kis situation se jaata hai aur kaun kya karta hai… dekho, I am nobody to comment because unke beech mein kya hua hai aur kya nahi hai, I don’t know. But where I come from, I believe ki baithkar baat ki jaaye toh baat sulajh jaati hai.”

About Shilpa Shinde’s Controversy

The controversy erupted after Shilpa Shinde admitted during a recent interaction that the sexual harassment allegations she made against producer Sanjay Kohli in 2017 were false. The actress claimed she felt cornered during a contractual and payment dispute while exiting Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai! and alleged she had “no other option” at the time.

Following her statement, industry bodies including the All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) and the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) strongly criticised her remarks. Several members of the entertainment industry also pointed out that false allegations can damage the credibility of genuine victims and seriously affect innocent individuals.
