Sarkaru Vaari Paata star Mahesh Babu requests fans to plant saplings on his 46th birthday

Mahesh Babu, who will celebrate his 46th birthday on August 9, took to Instagram to make a special request to his fans. In the post, the actor asked his followers and fans to plant three saplings to support the Green India Challenge on the occasion of his birthday. He also thanked his fans for all the love and support that they have showered on him all these years. Along with a photo of a sapling, he wrote, “It always humbles me… All the things you do to celebrate the love you have for me This year, I have a special request. I urge you all to plant 3 saplings each on my birthday to support the #GreenIndiaChallenge. Tag me in your posts so I can see them too! 🙂 #HaraHaiTohBharahai @santoshkumarjoginipally (sic).”

Many fans celebrate stars’ birthdays by doing abhishekam or cutting mega cakes or by creating huge posters among others. However, Mahesh wants his fans to do something unique and noble. Many do not know that he is inspired by MP Santosh Joginapally ‘s Green India Challenge.

For the unversed, the actor will unveil the first single of his movie Sarkaru Vaari Paata on his birthday. The makers of the movie have already announced it. Sharing the news, the makers tweeted, “All set to give you an adrenaline rush 3 Days to go! #SuperStarBirthdayBLASTER on August 9th #SarkaruVaariPaata Super @urstrulyMahesh @KeerthyOfficial @ParasuramPetla @MusicThaman @madhie1 @GMBents @14ReelsPlus @saregamasouth (sic).”

Speaking of the movie, the same features Keerthy Suresh who plays the female lead and is directed by Parasuram. The film is jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus and G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment. Apparently, the movie will clash with Pawan Kalyan’s untitled film and Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam.
