Police Case filed against Shilpa Shetty

A case was lodged against Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra. A Kolkata based company M K Media had allegedly that the celebrity couple had influenced M K Jain, the Managing Director of M K Media to invest Rs 9 crore in shares of a company owned by her, which did not exist.

Debashis Guha, a representative of M K Media Pvt Ltd, which has its office at Shakespeare Sarani here, had alleged that Shilpa and Raj, owners of Essential Sports and Pvt Ltd (ESPL), had allegedly influenced M K Jain, the Managing Director of M K Media, to invest Rs 9 crore in shares of Shilpa’s company, which later Jain found out did not exist.

Shilpa Shetty took to Twitter to respond to the fraud case filed against her. she tweeted,

Crazy news! I dare this Manoj Jain 2submit proofs 2 his ridiculous claims .His 2minute Fame can't b @ the cost of my hard earned reputation

She further added that,

Seeking legal advice ..He's a defaulter &clearly a fraud going by his reputation.So annoying !
