Fans eagerly awaiting an update on Prabhas’s upcoming film Spirit were taken by surprise when a photo from the film’s sets went viral online. Several months after the makers revealed the first look poster on New Year’s Day 2026 at midnight, a fresh image purportedly showing Prabhas walking on set has gained widespread attention across fan pages.

The leaked clip, believed to be shot in Kompally, Hyderabad, shows Prabhas dressed in an all-white ensemble, sporting sunglasses, sandals, and his signature long, wavy hair. As he casually strolls through the set, crew members and security personnel can be seen observing him.

This sighting has heightened excitement for Spirit, one of Prabhas’s most anticipated projects. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film has already created buzz since its announcement, especially amid controversy following Deepika Padukone’s exit over scheduling conflicts. While plot details remain under wraps, it is rumoured that Prabhas will play a powerful, intense role.

Filming began in November 2025, with the team maintaining a tight lid on details—until this recent leak. The film’s Mahurat ceremony was attended by notable industry figures, including mega star Chiranjeevi as a special guest.

The first poster featured actress Triptii Dimri helping a wounded Prabhas light a cigarette. Last October, on Prabhas’s birthday, Vanga shared an audio teaser in multiple languages—Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. It also revealed the cast members, Prakash Raj and Vivek Oberoi. The teaser hinted at Prabhas playing an IPS officer currently behind bars. Vivek Oberoi also has a significant role in the film, which is scheduled for release in 2026.

Spirit marks Vanga’s first collaboration with Prabhas, though he previously worked with Triptii Dimri in the 2023 film Animal. Starring Prabhas and Triptii as the leads, the film is slated to hit theatres on March 5, 2027.
