Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is currently going through a purple patch. The diva just a couple of days back celebrated her 26th birthday and is going from strength to strength. Alia is hungry for success and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to working on her projects and gives 100% all the time.

Now, Alia is awaiting her next release ‘Kalank’. The teaser of this historical drama has already gone viral. The ‘Udta Punjab’ actress is playing the character of Roop.

Today, Alia took to her Instagram page and shared a still from the upcoming song. In the photo, Alia is seen wearing a pink floral printed sharara and gazing at the sky amidst the backdrop of a Ramayana setting. Alia posted the photo with a very captivating caption.  The diva in her caption mentions that she was petrified and had sleepless nights for her upcoming song from ‘Kalank’.

‘Kalank’ is directed by Abhishek Varman and is slated to release on April 17, 2019. This magnum opus also features Varun Dhawan, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur in lead roles.
