Anil Kapoor, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor Spends A Whopping 5 Cr For Apartment In Mumbai – Deets Inside

Anil Kapoor and his son, actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, have bought a new apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 5 crore. The purchase also includes one garage space. For this property, the father-son duo paid Rs 30 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fees.

The apartment is located in The Smoky Hill CHS Ltd. It has a built-up area of 108.25 sq. m. (around 1,165 sq. ft.) and a carpet area of 90 sq. m. (about 970 sq. ft.). The deal was officially registered in August 2025, according to documents reviewed by SquareYards.com.

Bandra West is one of Mumbai’s most sought-after locations. It is well connected by the Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station, and upcoming Metro lines. The area is also close to major business hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and the Mumbai international airport.

Anil Kapoor & Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor’s Work Front

Anil Kapoor was last seen on screen in War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji. The movie starred Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, and Jr NTR, with Anil playing Colonel Vikrant Kaul, the Chief of RAW. Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor made his debut in 2016 with Mirzya. His most recent appearance was in Thar, which was released on Netflix in 2022. Since then, he hasn’t announced any new projects.

In 2023, he was expected to act in and produce a biopic on Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra, but the film was eventually shelved. This new property purchase marks another addition to the Kapoor family’s real estate investments in Mumbai.
