The photos feature the bride surrounded by her bridesmaids, one of whom is Deepika. She looked stunning in a purple Bandhani saree with a luxurious border. DP paired it with an embroidered blouse, accessorised with a chunky choker and large earrings. Her hair was styled in her signature slick bun. The bride, on the other hand, was dressed in a red saree complemented by traditional polki jewellery.

Earlier on Friday, DJ Mehul shared pictures of Deepika and Ranveer from the wedding celebrations. Ranveer also complimented DJ Mehul for the ‘banger set’ he played. The couple has been in the US since before New Year’s. A popular photo of them sharing a kiss as the clock struck midnight also circulated widely on social media.

Deepika’s 40th Birthday

Deepika’s 40th birthday was marked by a special initiative. She announced the launch of The OnSet Program, a new chapter of her Create With Me platform. It aims at empowering the next generation of creative talent. In a video shared on Instagram, Deepika explained, “This past year, I’ve been feeling very strongly about identifying incredible creative talent from across the country and beyond and giving them a platform to be seen, heard, and experienced. I am beyond thrilled to announce the launch of The OnSet Program and truly cannot wait to introduce all of you to the next generation of creative talent.”
