Deepika Padukone chooses Ranveer Singh over Salman Khan for Best Actor award

Deepika Padukone is currently in Madrid to attend IIFA awards. Her alleged beau and her ‘Bajirao Mastani’ co-star, Ranveer Singh, will be coming for the award function for just few hours as he is busy shooting for Aditya Chopra’s ‘Befikre’ in Paris.

Recently, when the ‘Piku’ actress was asked whom does she think should win the Best Actor award at IIFA 2016 – Salman Khan or Ranveer Singh, Deepika said, “Ranveer any day and he truly deserves it. For an actor who has been around in the industry only for 5 years (thinks) and has done only 5-6 films, for him to be able to pull off that role is incredible. I don’t think anyone could have done that better than him.”

Well, we too agree with Deepika.

Apparently, both Ranveer and Deepika will also be seen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’.
