The outbreak of Coronavirus has hit the entire world very severely. Several Bollywood celebs pledged their financial support to the government of India in their fight against the Covid-19. Akshay Kumar, Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma, Karan Johar and a host of several other B-town celebs took to their social media handles to announce about their donation. However, handsome hunk John Abraham doesn’t believe in making his donations public.

The ‘Satyamev Jayate’ actor went on to say that he won’t reveal the amount he donated just of the sake of earning goodwill.

Speaking to DNA, John revealed why he would never brag about just things. “I think people who have announced, have done fantastic jobs. People like me would not make it public, not even in a subversive way. Not even through a PR person, where you find out ‘Hey, John has been doing this, he has not told anybody, but he’s told people to tell’. So I am probably right at the other end,” the actor told the daily.

John has made a donation towards Coronavirus crisis but he prefers not to disclose the amount, unlike his peers. The actor went on to praise the COVID warriors i.e police, Army, medical professionals who are working selflessly amidst the pandemic. He also said that things won’t be normal even after the lockdown is lifted.

“If people are expecting things to get back to the way they were, on May 4, let’s wake up and smell the coffee, nothing is going to be normal till the end of this year. It’s going to be a new normal,” he added.
