Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have exchanged wedding vows today in Konkani style in the picturesque location of Italy. The couple tied the knot in CastaDiva Resort and Spa in Lake Como, Italy. Tomorrow, there will be a wedding as per Sindhi customs. Only 30 relatives, their family members, and close friends are present there to witness the wedding of the year. As per a report in India Today, around 12 florists from Florence are hired to decorate the wedding venue with water lilies that are Deepika’s favourite.

The pre-wedding ceremonies were held yesterday with the Sangeet, Mehendi and the engagement. Ranveer went down on his knee and formally asked for Deepika’s hand in marriage. The couple then exchanged rings and later had dinner with their family and close friends. Ranveer and Deepika will host a lavish wedding reception for their industry friends in Bengaluru and Mumbai.

Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding pictures will be auctioned to raise funds for The Live Love Laugh Foundation. The highest bidder will get exclusive rights to the pictures.
