Ranveer Singh gives a glimpse of his Cirkus family in new teaser as he announces trailer release date

Rohit Shetty’s next directorial venture Cirkus is grabbing a lot of attention from the fans. Since actor Ranveer Singh has been sharing quirky and colourful posters of Cirkus, fans are only wondering what roller coaster ride he will take us on. Now, to increase the hype and buzz, Ranveer Singh released a Cirkus teaser where he is seen giving us a peek into his circus family.

The film is set in the 60s as we get to see Sanjay Mishra welcoming ladies and gentlemen into that era. Moreover, we see all the actors reminiscing about the things that people used to do in the 60s era and how people used to behave. That’s not it, we also see Ranveer and Varun Sharma in double roles which have definitely piqued our interest to the next level.

Furthermore, Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde were seen dressed in the retro avatar as they were seen sitting next to Ranveer. In the teaser, Ranveer is heard saying that Cirkus is a film that when life was simpler and when parents’ love was enough than social media likes.

Apart from sharing deets of the 60s era, Ranveer, Varun, Jacqueline and Pooja have announced the trailer release date of Cirkus. They are set to release the trailer tomorrow, November 29.

The Padmaavat actor and Varun Sharma will be playing double roles in Cirkus. Reportedly, it also features Deepika Padukone and Ajay Devgn in special appearances. The movie is said to be based on the 1982 Hindi film Angoor which is also based on William Shakespeare’s classic play The Comedy of Errors. It revolves around two sets of identical twins, who were accidentally separated at birth.

Produced and directed by Rohit Shetty and presented by T-Series, Cirkus is set to hit theatres on December 23 this year.
