Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani tied the knot on February 7 at Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace. Sidharth and Kiara’s wedding was attended by their close friends and family members. Recently, Sidharth and Kiara attended their first public event together post marriage. At the event, the couple spilled the beans on life after marriage.
Kiara-Sidharth talk about marriage
Kiara called her married life ‘wonderful’. Speaking with News18, Kiara said, “The glow is real. This new life is wonderful. I’m very happy.”
Before wedding, Kiara and Sidharth were seen together in Shershaah. While Sidharth played the role of Captain Vikram Batra, Kiara was seen as his fiancée Dimple. At the event, Sidharth credited Shershaah for giving him a wife. The actor said, “It felt like the real Vikram and Dimple, in some parallel universe, came together. Shershaah has given me so much love and a wife too, so what else do you need from a film? (laughs) I think it was meant to be. Much like us, Vishal Batra (Vikram Batra’s twin brother) was extremely emotional and happy when he came to our wedding.”

After the tying the knot earlier this month, Kiara and Sidharth shared their first wedding pictures on Instagram along with the caption, “Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai. We seek your love and blessings on our journey ahead.”
The couple then also treated their fans with a beautiful wedding video. A few days ago, the couple shared photos from their sangeet night and wrote, “something about that night…. something really special.”
On the work front, Sidharth and Kiara have interesting projects in the pipeline. Talking about Sidharth, he will be seen in Yodha with Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. The actor is also set to make his digital debut with director Rohit Shetty’s upcoming series Indian Police Force.
On the other hand, Kiara will be seen in SatyaPrem Ki Katha with Kartik Aaryan. The actress will also be reuniting with Ram Charan in RC15. The actors were earlier seen together in Vinaya Vidheya Rama.
