Actor Sonam Kapoor has announced her second pregnancy with her husband, Anand Ahuja. She shared the joyful news on social media through a series of stylish photographs. In the posts, the Bollywood star and fashion icon revealed her baby bump with the caption “MOTHER,” and chose to disable comments on the announcement.

For her pregnancy reveal, Sonam drew inspiration from Princess Diana, donning a striking hot-pink, pure wool suit with oversized padded shoulders and a gently curved shoulder line. The look closely resembles some of the iconic outfits worn by the late princess.

Soon after the post was shared, Sonam’s husband, Anand Ahuja, also dropped a cute comment and wrote, “double trouble”. “Baby ma.. also chicccccc mama!” he added in another comment.

Sonam-Anand Marriage

The actress married Ahuja in an intimate Punjabi wedding ceremony in May 2018. The couple primarily resides in the UK, with visits to Delhi and Mumbai. Sonam and Anand Ahuja welcomed their first child, son Vayu, in 2022.

Since then, the actress has taken a break from acting, with her last film appearance being in the 2023 movie Blind. During this period, she has been active at public events, hosting gatherings for her industry friends and enjoying her time away from the camera.

Recently, the Khoobsurat actress shared a couple of pictures of their Dilwai 2025 celebrations in the UK with her son Vaayu. The glimpses included the family performing Hawan and puja together.

Sonam’s Projects
