Vicky Kaushal Showers Love On Ranveer Singh Led Dhurandhar The Revenge

Vicky Kaushal praised filmmaker Aditya Dhar for assembling a fantastic cast for Dhurandhar The Revenge, led by Ranveer Singh. The actor expressed his happiness about the positive response the film is receiving. Dhurandhar The Revenge starring Ranveer Singh, released on 19th March with paid previews on 18th March. The film is the sequel to Aditya Dhar’s spy action thriller, which was released in December 2025.

In an interview with PTI on Wednesday, at the inaugural International Film Festival of Delhi (IFFD), Vicky shared, “I’m very happy to see how Dhurandhar is performing. I loved the first part, and I’m yet to watch the second. But Aditya is a talented filmmaker, and he put together an excellent cast. I’m thrilled that everyone is loving the film, and I can’t wait to see it once I return to Mumbai.”

When asked about his upcoming film Love and War, Vicky preferred to keep details under wraps, saying, “Let’s talk about the festival now. There’s still time for that.”

Vicky previously starred in Aditya Dhar’s debut directorial, Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019). His latest film is Chhaava (2025), an epic historical action film based on the life of Sambhaji, the second ruler of the Maratha Empire. Adapted from Shivaji Sawant’s Marathi novel Chhava, the movie is directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films. The cast also includes Akshaye Khanna and Rashmika Mandanna.

Vicky’s next project is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, which also stars actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The release date for the film has not been announced yet.
