EXCLUSIVE: Rana Naidu 2 Actor Tanuj Virwani Opens Up About His Experience Working With ‘Daddy Cool’ Rajat Kapoor And ‘Sister In Crime’ Kriti Kharbanda

Actor Tanuj Virwani has always managed to prove his class and mettle on-screen whenever he’s been given an opportunity. And this time, all eyes are on the ‘Inside Edge’ star for his upcoming project, Rana Naidu Season 2 on Netflix. Tanuj has always been synonymous with a chamellion as the ease and precision with which he gets into the skin of any character is truly commendable. With Rana Naidu Season 2, expectations are high for the young actor. And he’s all set to pack a punch and deliver. Speaking exclusively to Bollywood Bubble, Tanuj Virwani opened up on his experience working with Rana Naidu co-stars Rajat Kapoor and Kriti Kharbanda.

During season 2 of Rana Naidu, Tanuj’s character works very closely with all actors, especially the likes of the amazing Rajat Kapoor & Kriti Kharbanda. On being asked more about his special experience of working with Rajat Kapoor, Kriti Kharbanda & the rest of the cast, Tanuj gets candid, “I had an absolute joy and a ball of a time working with everyone. I have always been very vocal about the fact that I have been a massive fan of the first season. So it goes without saying that I loved Venkatesh Sir’s work, Rana’s work, Abhishek’s, Surveen and everyone’s work in it. This season, however, most of my scenes were with Rajat Kapoor sir & Kriti Kharbanda, who play my father & sister respectively.”

He added, “I didn’t know Kriti before, but we had such a lovely time on-set. Normally, I am paired romantically with my female actors. This time, however, the vibe was very different, and hence the equation, the chemistry and everything was quite different and full of fun, including all the sibling rivalry and stuff (Chuckles). As far as Rajat Sir is concerned, it’s always so much fun and a pleasure. We last collaborated during ‘Code M Season 1’.”

Concluding, he said, “His being in any room and any frame simply lifts the scene tenfold. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to work with Arjun Rampal, but I have heard nothing but fantastic things about him. I think that when you work with actors of that calibre, it just helps you bring your A game day in and day out. And it’s an absolute joy.”
