Shanaya Kapoor Opens Up On Her Take On Love
When asked if she is an old-school romantic at heart, Shanaya Kapoor said, “Yes, just a few minutes ago, I said the same thing—I know our generation is very detached, very quick to move on, and I’m from that generation too. My friends are like that, and each to their own. But deep down, I think I’m an old-school girl when it comes to love. I look for a long-term relationship. I’m not quick to move on, I’m not quick to jump around, that’s just not who I am. When I find that person, that person becomes like home to me. I want to find that, I want that feeling of home, that sense of comfort.”
She added, “And I think, especially for everyone, of course, but particularly for us as artists, it’s different. What we do isn’t a nine-to-five job; it’s our life because we’re so passionate about it, right? We’re constantly living in characters, and when you go into that zone, you bring that work home with you. So, to find that one person who helps bring that balance back into my life is really important to me. So yes, I’m fully old-school.”
