Sharing his view on the Pulwama terror attack, Aditya told Pinkvilla, “It’s truly heartbreaking. I don’t know why after ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, all this feels even more personal now. Feels like I lost my brothers.”

He further said, “I think the government should take whatever action they deem fit to make sure they stop these horrible acts once and for all. Like they are trying to isolate Pakistan in every way. I think they should isolate them this way also. After this horrific, cowardly incident, they should completely cut all the ties and truly isolate them.”

For the unversed, Aditya’s latest release ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ is based on the Surgical Strike that was executed in September 2016 by the Indian Army against the militants in Pakistani-administered Kashmir.

‘Uri’ was appreciated all over the country and it got a thumbs up even from the Indian government. The movie starred Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles.
