Bala Box Office Dream Girl Badhaai Ho Ayushmann Khurrana

Ayushmann Khurrana’s ‘Bala’ is earning the big bucks at the ticket window. The film has turned out to be another feather in Ayushmann’s cap. He has been giving back-to-back hits at the box-office and ‘Bala’ is racing speedily towards the Rs 100 Cr club. However, on the opening weekend collection, the film has not managed to beat Ayushmann’s two other Rs 100 Cr films, ‘Dream Girl’ and ‘Badhaai Ho’.

Trade expert Taran Adarsh took to social media to announce the weekend figures of ‘Bala’. He wrote, “#Bala is rocking… Packs a fantastic total in its opening weekend… Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities – which were decent/good – join the party on Day 3… Mon biz crucial, will give an idea of its lifetime biz… Fri 10.15 cr, Sat 15.73 cr, Sun 18.07 cr. Total: ₹ 43.95 cr. #India biz (sic).

Taran Adarsh went on to compare ‘Bala’s success to Ayushmann’s previous hits. He wrote, “#AyushmannKhurrana versus #AyushmannKhurrana… *Opening Weekend* biz:

Ayushmann is surely on a roll with all his films churning out gold at the box-office. ‘Bala’ also stars Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar alongside Ayushmann Khurrana.

After this Ayushmann will next be seen in ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ and then in ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’. Both films are slated to hit theatres next year.
