Param Sundari Box Office Day 2: Sidharth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor’s Romantic Love Story Sees Growth; Earns Rs 17.44 Cr

Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor’s latest romantic drama Param Sundari is performing well at the box office. After a good start on Friday, the film saw a rise in collections on Saturday.

On its second day, Param Sundari earned around Rs 10.07 crore, according to early estimates. With this, the total collection for the first two days stands at Rs 17.44 crore. The film had opened with Rs 7.37 crore on Friday, making it Sidharth Malhotra’s fifth-highest opening in his career.

Day-wise breakdown

Param Sundari tells the story of Param Sachadev (played by Sidharth), a rich but confused entrepreneur from Delhi. After several failed start-ups, his father challenges him to find true love in 10 days to earn a Rs 5 crore investment. This search brings him to Kochi, where he meets Sundari (Janhvi Kapoor), a grounded and charming homestay owner.

As Param and Sundari get to know each other, cultural clashes and the presence of Sundari’s childhood friend Venugopal add challenges to their growing bond. The film explores themes of love, second chances, and taking emotional risks.

With strong word of mouth and increasing footfall, Param Sundari is expected to continue its steady box office performance in the coming days.
