People are now gushing over Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya movie that was released on February 9. As the film has been released, fans are eagerly waiting to know the first-day collections of TBMAUJ. Speaking of which, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya started on a fair note at the worldwide box office. On Saturday, Maddock Films took to their Instagram account and dropped the Day 1 collections of TBMAUJ and it has comfortably crossed Rs 10 crore mark.

Shahid and Kriti Sanon’s film earned Rs 14.04 crore globally. Going by the Day 1 collections, the film is a hit among the masses. Whereas the rob-com earned Rs 7.02 crore in the Indian box office. It has shown a 60% growth in bookings which has been the highest observed growth for a film in such a genre.

After the release of the movie, Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput Kapoor shared a still from TBMAUJ to review his movie. She wrote, “Complete laughter riot! Entertainment overload after ages! Love, laughter, masti, dancing, and heart touching message at the end.” She added, “@kritisanon you were Pitch Perfect. @shahidkapoor The OG Lover-Boy, there’s no one like you. You made my heart melt. Watch TBMAUJ now. Dil se hasaaya (made me laugh from the heart (stomach is hurting).

Bollywood Bubble gave TBMAUJ ‘3.5’ stars. A part of the review read, “Upon the release of the film’s trailer, curiosity surged among viewers as they were intrigued by the unique love story between a robot and a human. It is indeed an unprecedented tale of love, making it the first of its kind. As the film is in the cinemas, it has exceeded the expectations of the audience. We must say the scintillating chemistry between Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon proves to be a victorious combination in the film.”
