Talking about his initial reaction to being approached for the film, Vipin Bhardwaj shared it was overwhelming rather than celebratory. He shared, “When your life has been full of struggles, it becomes difficult to instantly accept happiness.” He added, “Instead of excitement, I felt nervous. There was a huge sense of responsibility on my shoulders. It was honestly hard to believe. This opportunity didn’t come easily — it was a walk on burning coals, not a cakewalk.”

Beyond physical strength, Vipin focused deeply on understanding his character. He shared, “I studied his mindset, body language, walk, smile, and backstory. I absorbed everything so completely that people around me started saying I had begun to look and behave like the character.”

With the Battle of Galwan, Vipin proves that dedication, discipline, and belief can turn years of struggle into a moment of well-earned recognition.
