When Gauri Khan thought Shah Rukh Khan ‘would flop after 1 or 2 films and will be thrown out’ of Bollywood- WATCH old video

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most popular and successful actors in the industry. He has made it on his own. The actor’s journey is inspirational for multiple reasons. He made his film debut with the film Deewana. King Khan later went on to achieve success with films like Baazigar, Om Shanti Om, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai among others. Today, he is one of the biggest stars in Bollywood. Well, there was a time when SRK’s wife, interior designer Gauri Khan was not sure that he would make it big in Bollywood.

In an old video of Gauri Khan from Simi Garewal’s show Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, she is talking about how she thought SRK ‘would probably flop after one to two films and thrown out of the industry’.

Gauri can be heard saying, “It happened so quick, I didn’t even think that he’s going to be in the films like be a part of the industry. I thought he will just do one or two films. I guess. AndI thought it is like doing a serial or something. I thought he would probably flop. Really, I thought it was rubbish, he will just do one or two films and he will just be thrown out and then that’s it.”

Gauri Khan in an old interview said that she thought that Shahrukh would do one or two films and then be thrown out of the movie industry!
