Television Actress Tejasswi Prakash has further strengthened her real estate holdings with the purchase of a premium apartment in Bandra West, reinforcing a pattern of high-value investments that have become part of her lifestyle as one of television’s most successful personalities. Over the past few years, Tejasswi and her partner Karan Kundrra have amassed properties in Mumbai, Goa and Dubai, reflecting both their rising financial success and evolving personal priorities.

Tejasswi Prakash Buys Apartment In Mumbai’s Bandra

The latest property acquisition, registered on February 16, 2026, is a spacious flat in Bay Heights, a residential complex situated on Krishna Chandra Marg in Bandra Reclamation, one of Mumbai’s most coveted neighbourhoods. The deal, documented by CRE Matrix, was completed at Rs 7.63 crore, and comes with two reserved parking spaces and a possession date scheduled for November 2030, as the building is currently under construction.

Spread over approximately 1,304 square feet on the 14th floor, the apartment was bought with a 10% booking amount paid upfront, with the balance to be settled in instalments as the building nears its occupation certificate. Bandra Reclamation remains a top choice for luxury real estate buyers due to its premium towers, sea views and close proximity to the iconic Bandra-Worli Sea Link.

This Bandra West purchase adds to Tejasswi’s expanding list of properties. She reportedly owns a residence in Goa and lives in a well-appointed home in Mumbai. Alongside Karan Kundrra, she also invested in a stylish apartment in Dubai’s Jumeirah area, contributing to an international real estate footprint.

Beyond bricks and mortar, her luxury assets include premium vehicles like an Audi Q7 and other lifestyle purchases that align with her success in television, reality shows and brand endorsements.
