Padmaavat: High Court DISMISSES FIR filed against SLB, film clear to release in Rajasthan

Here’s a great news for ‘Padmaavat’ makers. The FIR filed against Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been dismissed by the High Court and now the epic period-drama has been given the green signal to get released in Rajasthan.

The Karni Sena, who were opposing this film’s release, were the most violent in the parts of Rajasthan. Shobha Sant, the CEO of Bhansali Productions Pvt Ltd took to Twitter to share this great this.

Well, the film has suffered a lot due to the protest. In fact, the box office numbers of this film have also taken a hit because it did not release in a few states. ‘Padmaavat’ glorifies Rajput valour with Queen Padmavati essayed by Deepika Padukone performing jauhar to save her pride. Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor are a part of this film too.
