Kangana Ranaut‘s sister Rangoli Chandel always grabs headlines for her strong opinions on the film industry and its people. She is not afraid to speak up even though her opinions come off very harsh. This time it was Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar and Ananya Panday on her radar as she called them ‘Papa Jo and his changu mangus’.

One of Kareena Kapoor’s fan club Tweeted her quote in which she is praising Kangana Ranaut. The post’s title read, “Actresses are braver now. Be it Kangana or Vidya, they are all taking different paths and relevant roles. It is such a good time for women in the movies.” – Kareena.

Replying to this, Rangoli was all praise for Kareena as she called her a star. But Chandel couldn’t refrain from taking a dig at Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar and Ananya Panday.

Appreciating Bebo, Rangoli wrote, “Appreciate Kareena ji for working with the likes of papa jo having good friendships with movie mafias yet she never demonised or ignored Kangana’s contribution to cinema, says what she feels, true blue star, beta alia ananya and all papa jo changu Magnus leant something from her(sic).

Rangoli further added, “She supported Kangana during Manikarnika also her first directorial, when Jhansi ki Rani came alive and delivered one of the highest grossers of last year, magar papa jo and bolly Islamic extremes did everything to destroy the film and not a word from them, respect for Kareena ji(sic)”

Well, it’s very rare when Ranaut sisters appreciate others. So it was nice to know that they respect Kareena. Meanwhile, neither Alia, Ananya or Karan have replied to Rangoli’s latest jibe.

Talking about Rangoli’s sister Kangana, she will be seen next in ‘Thalaivi’ which is a biopic on the late politician Jayalalitha. The trilingual film is being directed by Vijay and also stars Arvind Swamy. Produced by Vishnu Vardhan Iduri and Shaailesh R Singh, ‘Thalaivi’ is scheduled to release on June 26.
