Confirmed – Anushka Sharma to star opposite Salman Khan in ‘Sultan’

Much has been anticipated about the leading lady of Salman Khan in his next, ‘Sultan’. From Parineeti Chopra to Deepika Padukone, many actresses were rumoured to be cast in ‘Sultan’ however the role has finally been bagged by Anushka Sharma.

Anushka Sharma took to social media platforms to reveal the news. She posted :

This is the first time Anushka will be seen opposite Salman Khan. She has earlier been seen with the other two Khan’s – Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ and ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ and Aamir Khan in ‘PK’.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, ‘Sultan’ is expected to hit the screens on Eid 2016.
