Ali Fazal remembers his late mother on her birth anniversary; says, “Miloonga ek din, intezaar rahega”

Ali Fazal’s mother passed away on June 17 this year. She breathed her last in Lucknow. The actor was left heartbroken and he had thanked his fans and followers for their love and support in these testing times.

Today, on the occasion of his mother’s birth anniversary, Ali penned a heartbreaking note. He fondly remembered his mother and recalled their most cherished moments.

Sharing a throwback picture with his late mother, Ali wrote, “Happy Birthday my love. I do it. I do it every day – i wake up and wear a face and make it smile a little. Enough to entertain them all. How long? only time will tell. I miss you terribly, every hour every day because it was left undone, all of it. That’s the truth of it really. Everything we dreamt of .. the houses we built, the tales we ‘taled’ heh.. the lives we lived and the ones we didn’t. “

He further added, “But we survived .. only u n I aside. . Then I lost you before I lost you again. And found you And then you left again. Well played. So here’s a little birthday wish if that’s worth anything among other cliches. . . You get the last laugh missy. Be good. Miloonga ek din- intezaar rahega . Bas yahi hai. Love you, Ali. Ps – yes I got them singing shamelessly right now – ma baker (BoneyM) and The winner takes it all – Abba. Aur ek chhota cake.”

Ali’s girlfriend Richa Chadha left several heart emojis in the comment section. Dia Mirza and Ayushmann Khurrana also showered love on Ali’s post for his late mom.

On the work front, Ali is currently grabbing headlines for his role in Mirzapur 2′. He will be next seen in an international project ‘Death on the Nile’.
